Go for oatmeal it is the best breakfast choice for you, add nuts and fruits in it for extra flavor as well as for nutrition. The best thing about oatmeal is that it is loaded with antioxidants which helps in the plump skin and reducing wrinkles.
Try fermented rice for breakfast. When I was young and my grandma used to try to feed me this, I refused to. But now, I am one of the biggest advocates of this breakfast. It has soooo much nutrients, esp the rare ones like pepsin, trypsin etc. It is hard to describe the incredible health benefits! The fermentation itself increases the nutrients many times over.
Oats with nuts.. and eggs if you are non veg. Sprouts with lemon n spice is very tasty n healthy too.
Idli and dosa are one of the best breakfasts you can ever have!urad dal makes one stronger
Don’t give up on that due to western influence..
Do a combination of both..
Eat according to the seasons as it aids digestion
Eat according to your genes,your local food and weather

7. Mix veg Paratha
You can take Masala Oats or Milk Oats in breakfast.It's a healthy breakfast for you.And you can take Muesli in which nuts and Fruits included.
