    Ingredients :- 1. Pearl Millet 2cups 2. Raw rice 1/2 cup. 3. Thor dhal 1/2cup 4. Red dry chilly 5 no's. 5. Ginger 1 inch. 6. Garlic 6 pods. 7. Onion 1 cup. 8. Grated Coconut 1/2 cup. 9. Corriander & curry leaves or any green leaves like drumstick leaves. 9. Salt. Method of preparation :- soak pearl Millet , rice, Thor dhal, chilly for 2 hours then grind the soaked things with ginger and garlic.. grind little coarse.. then take the grinded things into a bowl add onion, salt, green leaves .. then the batter is ready . Here no need to fermentation .. Directly poured into heated tawa. Use oil little more to get crispy healthy , tasty adai... Serve hot with coconut chutney, tomato or mint chutney.. yummy and healthy... Note :- now a day kids won't like millets we given as porridge .. so I tried it as my version... It's really very tasty.     Love your profile pic of chocolates ! I am not in Blore , if I was I would definitely give it a try. You could start giving out samples in various companies along with a business card. India has so many festivals And chocolates are ideal for corporate gifting. Focus on the packaging as well. Good luck !
