I so wanna watch shivaay and adhm and on a weekday.i might have to go alone..never been alone to theatres in the USA..feeling weird.. Just wanna know have you been to theatres alone??
Recently I went to watch Pink movie alone. I wanted to watch undisturbed so went when kid is at school. There were no more than 10 people in the AMC for this movie at 11:30 am show. I didn't felt any weird and it was my first time too. USA it is easy to go alone as no body thinks it is weird. Now I want to go alone for inferno movie. or i may go with neighbour friend, if she likes that movie.
Oh cool!Even I want to watch that ranbir aishwarya movie after kiddo goes to preschooljust felt weird as though I am the only one lady who wants to go alone.Nice to know it's ok to go Alone
I do it whenever time permits. I tried to find friends to go with but never found anyone to find time when I was free. I started going during the day when my son was at therapy. It isn't bad at all. I've seen people come with very young kids sometimes. Kids do have a hard time sitting and end up running around, falling and crying. It's super hard to not miss your own when that happens but I tell myself it's my well deserved time off and I'm not missing the babies. Oh and there are parents who get dropped off at the movies and have no clue how to silence their phones. The constant ringing and answering/talking in a language you understand is a distraction but i try to phase it out and concentrate on the movie. These days I prefer going during the weekdays when the theaters aren't crowded, I get a good seat and I can enjoy alone.
i can go to movies alone, eat alone at a restaurants....sometimes its so rejuvenating ! go for it! see how your company makes you feel
I have watched three movies all by myself. I actually prefer watching movies in a theatre full of people rather than an empty one . While I have no problem dining by myself , I admit I dint enjoy the experience because I missed discussing the movie with some one during interval, after movie. Sharing nachos, popcorn etc.. so these days if I don't have company I prefer watching it online unless the movie is exceptionally good! Adhm is just blah, not worth a watch in theatre
