    Just like every other part of your body the cells that support strong healthy hair depend on a balanced diet.
    Try to have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables , stay hydrated and keep stress levels down.

    Dry fruits like dates, nuts like almonds, walnuts, groundnuts, cashew nuts, dark green leafy vegs like spinach, broccoli, curry leaves, vit c rich fruits like amla, carrots, etc. Drink milk twice a day, drink lots of water, limit tea and coffee. Fresh fruits and vegs. Try this and hope it works!

    Hello, what you mean by quality in hair Maintainence. Wish you get a healthy hair. Eat lots of iron rich foods, also avoid junkies or more of fried ones. Water is the secret that makes the hair voluminous and bouncy so drink drink lots average 2litres..

    Wow nice thread ....to have a healthy hair

    Eat lot of green vegetables and take keera daily in your food.
    Dont take much oil content food.
    Dont eat Fried items
    Take good quantity of water
    Take milk a glass daily

    If you are non - veg, take less red meat and chicken without skin. Take more of sea foods like fish and prawns.

    Daily take minimum of two different Fruits.
    Daily have boiled sundals/green dhal
    Take nuts like Badam or walnet (2 -3 pieces)
    To enrich Iron content take Dates/Dry grapes

    If possible try to shampoo hair daily and keep oil when you are at home.
    So that dust doesnt accumulate in oily hair.
    Alternately you can also shampoo.

    See that you dont use hard shampoos for every day wash, use mild shampoos.

    Keep smiling and dont take stress :) . A very difficult thing to follow at present times but without this the above wont work effectively
