It is normal to lose hair after delivery. Most women do not lose hair during pregnancy and then, when hormones regulate themselves all the hair that was not lost is shed.
If you think water is not good ( chlorinated?) then you check into water filters or put water into buckets and let it stand for a few days until chlorination is evaporated.
I think I would buy the bottle just for the nice comb top, to use on other oils and shampoos. The ingredients seem ok, the question is weather or not they are agreeable to your scalp.
Ingredients : Active Herbal Ingredients Bringha (Eclipta Alba) Swethakudaja (Wrightiatinctoria) Aloe Vera (Aloe barbadensis) Amaliki, Amla (gooseberry)(Emblicaofficinalis) Neem (AzadirachthaIndica)
However I suspect once you start using a oil with bringha, you will need to continue using
Bringha oil. So these types of oils are many, so it's basically the question weather or not you like the bottle type so much or not.

Resmij, I have lived in Dubai but didn't find any problem with the water. Wouldn't it be worth getting a water filter to attach to your shower head just in case the problem is the water?
I have absolutely no experience with Indulekha but I have, and still use Pro Naturals Hair Repair System alongside my everyday Australian Tea Tree Shampoo & Conditioner.
