Hair Growth The Real Way

Hi guys ,

I had repeatedly straightened my hair as a result my hair turned dull and dry.I did a lot of research from my family as well as internet and have found a solution to my problem.
I have been following the below for past 2 months and my hair has grown 5 to 6 inches in length .Also my hair volume has improved.there are lot of new hair growth.

Wanted to share how i achieved it by following 2 procedures
1.Hair oiling - 2 times a week
2.Inverted method

Hair Oil:
I prepared my own oil using coconut oil+ curry leaves+amla.
If any one needs details on how to prepare the oil kindly comment below.
I applied the oil twice a week and wash it off with shampoo after an hour.Weekends i leave the oil over night and wash it in the morning.

Ideally Wednesdays and Sundays are my hair oiling days

Result: Soft voluminous beautiful black hair.When you use it regularly you will get thick hair

Inverted method:
This needs to be performed only for a week in a month,else our body will get used to this method and there will be no hair growth.

This method with increase the length of your hair in 7 days.

For 7 continuous days bend your head (hair falling on you face)massage your scalp for 4 to 5 mins .Alternatively you can lie on bed facing the ceiling and drop your head away from bed as if it is floating.

Result: 7th day when you measure your length it would have been increased minimum 1 inch to 3 inches.Repeat after a month again.The main idea is to improve blood circulation and invoke hair growth.

Ingredients:

Coconut oil(1/2 litre)
Amla 4 to 5
Curry leaves a bunch(fresh ones)

Procedure:

• Cut Amla into small pieces and remove the seed.
• Dry the amla pieces in fan for 30 mins.It should change its color from green to white(water contents are evaporated)
• Add coconut oil in an vessel with strong bottom and place it on fire
• Add Amla and curry leaves
• Simmer the fire
• Keep stirring occassionally until amla turns golden and curry leaves turn black
• Remove from fire and strain it with a metal strainer
• Throw away the residue
• Oil needs to be allowed to cool down
• Once cool store it in a container

Hair growth oil is ready for use.
