Everyone was laughing out loud and rolling their bodies back then sit. Those who shy to do so like me were also smiling viewing this. The instructor was saying some "gyan ki baatein" that some were listening with careful expression and others were smiling as if these are the usual things that everyone says and they have much more intelligence. He said "jiyo aur jeevan do". How will you give the life? Tell them the things good for them. Tell them to take time for their body their health. Meditate daily for few minutes to keep your mind calm and stable. Many times many negative things come into mind. We feel our self as the greatest person on earth who can only do all the adjustment and sacrifices with the devil like people. But do we realise what our existence is. A temporary life who get the chance to live to learn to explore. Why someone has to waste it for others short coming when we have too many in us. If one has to find the faults then there are too many but in them. Look at that you will forget others and your life will fall short of overcoming those. The session ended with 108 times ram ram ram ram ram ram ram and everyone left for the day to continue with their daily routine with positive energy of ram naam which ram only knows for how long they will be able to carry.
I may not believe in God, but I agree that belief in God has at least one certain benefit: it keeps your mind calm, thereby keeps your pressure and sugar level under control. You know that there is an Almighty to protect you, and that knowledge is quite soothing in the period of uncertainty and discomfort. Laughing is good for health. You should watch the Kapil Sharma show regularly.
Thanks for the reply. Not believing is not easy when we question our existence. Kapil sharma show was a good laughter therapy but one can also laugh without any reason and can make others laugh.
