Chocolate ice-cream Ingredients: 1 cup sugar 3 egg yolks 1 1/2 cup milk 2 cups cream 1/3 cup cocoa 1 tsp vanilla essence Method: Beat milk and egg yolks together. Blend in sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick enough to coat the spoon. Remove from heat. Add cocoa into the mixture. Beat until well blended. Cool. Whip the mixture in a mixer. Whip cream till soft and fluffy.Now add whipped cream and vanilla essence to the mixture and mix well with a spoon. Refrigerate overnight and serve.
