Dear Narmadha, enjoyed your narration of your younger days. It is so true. All of us go through this, and thereafter a nostalgia of the "good old days". But I really loved what you have said above. It is so important to live in the here and now and enjoy what we have rather than crave and feel sad for what was or for that matter to worry over the future.. For this moment will soon be the past and the future is not yet here. All we have is the present.

Narmadha dear beautiful thread which will bring everyone their school and college days and narrated so well. For me it brought memories of my school days as I never went to College though I wanted to but could not go because of Financial difficulties. My school days were very memorable and I had a best friend from 1957 who is still my friend and we keep in touch over phone. My office days were also very memorable because there also I had good friends and whenever there was opportunity we used to go for movies, temples, get togethers etc. Thanks for bringing the treasured memories. After marriage everything changes and since we are busy in our married life , life is not the same as before
