    yes, what u have said it true ..... you have got two books instead of one...

    now that u have said about sanskrit slokas also - are the songs in sanskrit same as tamil ie are the words same or different ?

    if different, cud u pls put those 10 slokas in a new thread ?

    Dear Hema,
    No Hema one book is entirely Tamil where these 10 songs, stories of Thirukkarukkavoor is given, and how should be prepare for our delivery in general is given... The other book contains the Sanskrit slokas which is already there in our forum....

    Earlier i just searched for garbharakshambiga slokas in IL itself. I got so many sanskrit slogas.

    Pray to goddess Garbharakshambigai and everything will be alright.
    Please pray following slokas for baby's health & normal delivery.

    To Gain blessings of Garbarakshambigai for safe delivery of baby :

    Read the below sloka for 108 times everyday

    Hamavath yuthare Paarchve shuradhaa naama yakshini
    Dhasyaa Shmarana Maathrena visalyaa Garbinibavedhu


    This is in response to Garbaratchambigai slokam:As the other Tamil sloka, you should chant the below mentioned from 1st month to the 10th month...Ex. Ist month you will chant the first 2 lines, then 2nd month 1st 2 lines and the 2nd 2lines ( so four lines in 2nd month).. and it goes on... I gess there slokas are chanted during pregnancy....

    Aehyaehi Bhagavan Brahman, Praja-Karthaha Prajaapathae I
    Pragrihneeshva Balim Sa-imam, saapathyam raksha Gharbineem II

    Ashvinou Dheva Dhevaesow, Pragruhneedhan Balim Dhvimam I

    sharanya, if u dont mind, cud u please scan the sanskrit sloka also with instruction about how and when to read each sloka and put it in a new thread. i want to pronounce the words correctly without mistakes.

    himavat and devendrani namastubyam I already have in the garbarakshambigai book.
