All the best @Anusha2917. But will miss you
Wishing you all the success in your exams and IL miss your healthy/bubbly participation. Hope to see you soon.
Best Wishes for the exams. Place your focus on that , you'll do great
Thank you @Greenbay .
Yes, you are right. Its been hard, especially the first several days and I was careful to eat properly just so that I don't crash.
Thank you @Mistt
Sir is getting better everyday. While it is going to be a slow recovery, it is steadily getting better. There is some "me" time the last couple of days, an hour or so.
Thank you @Caughtinbetween
Yes, I have been careful about food.It was tempting to eat comfort foods which would have had me tired and irritable. Fortunately I am cautious. Thank you for your wishes.
Not only the right food but there is another important tool that has always been my help during testing times. That is humor. Once I began to see the different ways God is playing I could only smile it was easy for me to accept and simply do what is expected of me without any self-pity or irritability. I have written a small snippet on this.
How did you communicate with Mrs V or is she out of town? Try as I might silence is an impossibility right now. This morning was a chaotic cacophony. Totally lost it at the kids. Infuriating little... ! Now I get to deal with mommy-guilt for the rest of the day. Sigh.
Good luck on that!
The like was for the above, not the going away bit. : )
Guess who was happy that I was muted for so many days!!! The primary complaint is I lecture too much and this period of my forced silence is a golden period for the whole family. I am with you on not being silent unless it is forced on me due to health.
The future geniuses rise by making the parents get mad at them.
Is it truly a mother's guilt or sulking after you got squarely defeated in the intellectual debate with the little geniuses?
I'm sensing this is ur current IL mood too, are you cussing right now? Can imagine! I'm with you there. Seriously, .
Ha ha! Do you give Mrs V discourses on the Mandukya Upanishad? I can understand her joy at your silence.
It's not what they say. It's the tone! And the eyerolling has started! Not so much little geniuses, more little rascals!
