How do you make fruit juices for kids? Do you people add sugar to it. My kid loves fruit juices.. Every morning I give fruit juice or milkshake.. One of my friend told me that don't add sugar kids.. Need suggestions please..
I give freshly squeezed orange juice every day - no sugar added. Milkshakes - if you have banana in it , it will not require any sugar . Try adding half a banana in any milkshake in place of sugar
Giving smoothies or milkshake is better than juices. I have read that the fibre in fruits very nutritious and most of the good vitamins are in fibre so filtering juice will remove the good stuff, it will only have sugars. U can add orange, papaya, banana, avocado, with milk to it. Always add cold banana and little curd for thickness. This doesn't need any sugar! Enjoy!
