formula feed

Hi all,
I have been blessed with a baby girl who is 7 weeks old now..I'm feeding her with nan pro 1 as I don't have enough milk to.feed her...I tried lactare tablets n garlic..but I isn't working..I'm worried that my baby's immunity wil be affected as she is not habing bm...I tried pumping bm n feeding but I get only60 to70 ml when I pump..she is having 120 ml of formula.milk.each time...also she prefers bottle feed n refuses to latch properly...can anyone suggest some idea to increase milk production n tips to make the baby latch properly?
