Fav characters in movies

Well I have couple of them.

Maximus Decimus Meridius (Russell Crowe) in Gladiator.
His strong personality.. the firm mind and decision had a lasting impact on me. I love watching this movie n number of time even though it is some what gore, just because of Maximus.


Edward "Teddy" Daniels (Leonardo DiCaprio) in Shutter Island.
I love to watch Leonardo on screen. And this character especially is so tacky. I liked the intelligence of the character.


Po in Kung Fu Panda.
Loved both the parts. Lovely Po won millions of hearts. I love to see the humorous bubbly panda on the screen again and again. I wish I was as casual as him..;-)


Meghna Mathur (Priyanka Chopra) in Fashion.
The maturity in the character is what makes me watch it again and again. Priyanka has done excellent job.


Naina Catherine Kapur (Preity Zinta) in Kal Ho Na Ho.
Even though I felt the movie to be too dramatic, I feel like watching it again. I keep admiring Preity Zinta in this movie.


Sanjay Ramaswami (Surya Sivakumar) in Ghajini.
Surya's performance kept me hooked to this movie. I've lost the count on how many time i've watched this movie. Though it sounds fancy... Sanjay Ramaswami is admired a lot.

Well these are just a few ;-)I feel that I get carried away with almost all movies I watch... until and unless it bores me or if it really bad.

 

First and foremost......... The naughty and handsome Raj Malhotra from London in DDLJ, who does everything he can to win everyone's hearts not only his bride's

I just love Raj of Mujhse Dosti Karogi. I started liking Hrithik after that movie a lot.

My ever green is Karthik in Mouna Ragam. And Ajit in Kandukonden kandukonden (I have literally drooled looking at him in this movie). Ofcourse Sharukh in DDLJ

 

This may sound odd but my all-time favorite character is the one Poornam Vishwanathan played in Aasai. I have always had a soft corner for him, mainly because he looks so similar to my grandfather. In Aasai particularly he was just so lovable. After watching the film, even the good looking Ajith was not in my mind. But Poornam's trademark dialogue "Oruthara paartha udanE solliduven, avan nallavana kettavana" remained in my mind for a long time. God bless his soul. Wish he was appreciated more as an actor.
