Encouragement to husband for career enhancement

Men are happy men as long as they enjoy their career. It becomes a difficult task when they begin to loose interest somewhere and need a motivation all over again.

Is your DH happy with his current job or is there any problem at his workplace that could be leading to this? Do try to talk to him and find out.

If it requires a job change, maybe he can give it a thought so that a better job will also give him satisfaction thus encouraging his career to grow.

 

You can talk about his dreams, and gradually explain him how it would help him if he grows in his education level... If he is already well educated, then try and give him examples of others who got nice promotions, hikes, etc.. But don't compare him with anyone.. Just tell him that he is worth of more.. If he will be the boss, how would he feel.. And how it would be helpful for your future...
