Embroidery : Embroidery designs on Saree & Chudidhar

all the designs r good. looks like they r machine embroidery. i like the buterfly & simba (applique work). its perfect. i dont know how to do applique work. but i want to know applique work. can u give me some tips? so that i can try it in my hand kerchief & pillow covers table cloths, something like that. if it comes good then i'll let u know. :bowdown

Hi,
Sorry for the late reply. First I would like to thank everyone for their appreciation. All these are done only by hand aari work and no machine even for the Simba applique work. For the butterfly zardosi, glasstubes, beads, kundans and thread with knots were used. For the green (it is a blouse) it is zardosi and zari. For the applique we traced the design on the base fabric and whatever the top material, it was stitched to the shape and then cut by the design. It was then finished by more chain stitches to give a complete look.
