    Hi,:thumbsup

I feel mission accomplished. The aari work in the IL haunted me,that a solution needed became a compulsion. The various posts on the work posted by the Experts in the field called for at least a attempt to hold the needle before trying/working!

AARI is known as Tambour work in European countries.

I am thrilled to share with my friends in the forum with this blog found in the web. This to a extent will help us to know how the work is done.....................What remains is the frame part....

Should we not look in the neighbourhood for regular class and translate the same in beautiful works?

    Happy Tambour[ing]/AARI

    Hello,
Shobana,Sindhumon,Aruna_Sudha,Vidu22.......many more who have gone thru this post.It was a small effort to sustain the learning process of aari work.I one of the threads i remember a suggestion to practice Aari in a matti cloth to feel the needle{HOOK}and looping.Good idea as the cloth has a space to pull the loop thread as a chain. We can then migrate to the expert field and take advice as to how to proceed,Till then Happy Attempting the Work.Bye.
