Ear Piercing Got Elongated

I wore thick and heavy earrings many months ago after which there was little bleeding in piercing of One ear...after it healed I notice that the ear piercing got stretched and elongated...now if I wear earring there it just drops down and unable to wear earrings...I have not worn earrings since few months but hole not closing..
1. Please give details of ear lobe stitch to correct this
2. Who will do this..ENT specialist or general surgeon or general physician
3. Approximate cost of ear piercing stitch per ear. I'm living in India.
4. What precautions can I take in future to avoid this problem

First consult ENT specialist. Work out based on his suggestion. I heard some olden ladies got them stitched to small. But make sure those stitch marks wont last forever. It will look more ugly otherwise.

In future avoid heavy jumkas/ear rings. For me even wearing jumkas for a day lead to a pain. So I remove them in the night, apply coconut oil. Morning i put light weight studs.

Did you do the earlobe stitching? I too want to do but scared if it will have any scar? if you have done it, can you give me details?
