I drink one cup tea daily morning.
I hear it's not good. Can anyone please educate on what is wrong with tea or is it just a misconception?I have also heard it's actually good- antioxidants and all.
Some people are having raw tea etc how is that better-Is there any problem in milk?

It is not wrong to have one cup of tea in morning. Tea also contains caffeine which triggers our mind and becomes active to do our activities. Caffeine on one side is not good for health on long term consumption but I believe one cup doesn't do any harm. If you are too concerned about this, u can have green tea.

One cup of tea may not harm much.. But I heard green tea is even more healthy. Yesterday I was watching Pinkvilla channel in YouTube.. Do watch their
from Indian actresses... I’m getting inspired by them

I used to think so too but I learned recently that the caffeine content in black tea is actually not that much higher than in green tea on average. I agree with you though, if you just have one cup in the morning, it's probably okay. If caffeine is a concern, I think decaffeinated tea is an option as well.

Yes I agree with you. Some Green tea have caffeine I have also observed. Probably ginger tea or Tulsa tea do good. But if u get practiced to having tea in the morning, u cannot skip it unless u have a strong mind. I read one story of old lady aged around 90 lives only with tea and mixture in life.
