Do you need induction utensils for glass top cooktop ? very confused, pls help

I mean those glass plate kind of cooking stoves you find in usa. I hope i am making myself clear. :bonkCan normal non-induction kadai, pressure cooker, tawa, work on that kind of stove ???

As far as I am concerned, a cooktop is meant to cook and should handle all.
having said that differne surfaces need different traetment. is yours glass or ceramic? What does the manufacture recommend?

You mean glasstop cooking stove right?its available in India too..They are heat toughened glass which can withstand stove heating temperature,so any vessel can be used.
