Shaadi is a word which brings joy to the heart, and most of all the excitement and fun. But how can we forget the food..

The best thing found in Himachal is the food with 54 spices in it. Difficult though to name them but taste remains in the mouth forever.

However I have noted that the menu is quite same in all the shaadi's.
    They contain.

Rice the foremost, Mani, Mandara, sabath urad ki dal, chane ki dal, raita, khushkand, Mukund Badi, Amritsari Badi and babru- a specific sweet dish which taste's sweet only with rice.

    Delicious..

The delicacy noted down by loveleen reminds me that the centre of attraction is obviously the food, and of all that were served, Phapra (buck wheat) and Ghutli (apricot nuts) was at the centre of the menu.

Actually sometimes trying to prepare these dishes at home looks kind of easy but it dosent give the same taste.

But the spices used are really one of its kind as it cannot be found everywhere. basically remembering the name is so hard. only the smell of them brings water to the mouth.. Dont you think so?
