    You can use a good quality Turmeric no issues. I hope you are not allergic to turmeric :)

    Nimmi, this is how it looks after preparation. I added kasturi manjal you may add turmeric.

    Drank 1 litre water in empty stomach
    1 litre throughout day
    Oil massage day - Both for hair (homemade herbal oil) and face (nalpamaradi)
    Will apply now turmeric and besan for 5- 10 minutes.

    Sunday was bad. i did nothing ....

    500 ml water intake in morning.applied ubtan before taking bath, used curd instead of milk.
    applied egg+yoghurt mask on hair. I am loving my hair today.very soft.
