8.00 am small cup of tea 9.00 am Breakfast-----onion and potato poha 10.00 am 4 walnuts 12.30 pm ---lunch mix vegetable stew( potato, paneer, carrot, green peas and brinjal), fish fry(one piece), boiled rice and keerai( methi + spring onion) 1.00 pm a piece of kaju katri 1.30 pm a big bowl of curd with a spoon of sugar 3.00pm two banana 5.30 pm a small cup of tea and some chips( I like the salty taste in chips) 8.00 pm dinner--- 2 chapati and mix cauliflower, peas and capsicum vegetable 9.30 pm a big bowl of some fruit I know I am not having milk but I have it twice in a week and I am compensating for it by eating a big bowl of curd everyday.. pls tell me if I am lacking somewhere. I also have salads twice in a week.
