    Yes Indhu. Either of us were not prepared for marriage, for both it was the first and final horoscope seen and settled. Even now it is our sweetest moment.

    Thanks for your nice FB Bhavna.

    Here I have to make a confession, those idlis were prepared by my mom&party. But after that I was trying all kind of proportions to make idlis perfect. Recently I discovered the secret of making those kushboo idlis apart from making idlis with our regular proportions. Those are very soft but fat/plump idlis named as kushboo idlis when actress kushboo was on top of theTamil cine industry as one of those marketing techniques. See! not only me even hotel industry use idlis to develop their business.

    I didnt read this thread fully but ALWAYS my decision makes the Idli :) since I cook Idlies (almost) everyday :) BTW, my Idli Making decision would be MADE BY my wife's decision :)

    That is nice SreeSai to hear your wife's decision making you decide. Good as long as don't take any controversial decision and making my favorite idli the reason for that.

    Nah!! it works like this in reality:
    In the previous day night, I will ask my wife, whats tomorrow's breakfast/lunch(means, are you cooking any breakfast/lunch in the morning for tomorrow?). If she is lazy/got no time in the morning, she says Idli is for tomorrow. I will make them, if not she has to cook. So, in other words, My Cabinet Cooking minister makes the decisions for the Ministry of CooKING ONLY.. the Prime Minister is still me :) Some times she would be(President of Home) informed the FINAL decisions made by the Prime Minister, just to rubber stamp the decision(of course, some times President may try to veto the Prime Minister's decisions but PM sends signals of possible new President, so, veto geto gaayab) :)
