My mom says we should keep clothes worn in periods separately and should not use during poojas etc or going to temple etc. etc. I find that hard to follow since when we go to work or school or college we need to wear all clothes and then we don't remember what we wore when we go to temple. Some friends say when we wash them they become ok and we can wear to temple again. Please tell me what all restrictions u follow with regards to clothes worn in periods.
I have set aside 2 saris and 2 talwar suits for the pooja and temple purpose. We call it 'sovale'. But if visit to Temple is impromptu then I just go with the flow. My in laws and parents are pretty relaxed in this matter.
