********Chooooo Chweet********

dear Swaran,

Lovely post - quite refreshing.

Most things my hubby does fall into my "cho chweet" category - whether it is the morning tea, sunday breakfast, pampering me etc.

However, there are some instances which just make u fall in love all over again.

1. I am fond of painting my toe nails - always keep them well manicured n painted. As I was unable to do this when I was pregnant - my dear husband wud do the needful.

2. During pregnancy, my feet were quite swollen. Even after a hard day's work in office, he would always massage them to relieve me of the pain.

3. Every dish that I prepare at home is always appreciated by him - whether its the humble dal or fish fry. I know he exaggerates but he does this every day and its been 16 years since we married ! Simply love him !

4. Treats my parents as his own and ensures that they visit us each summer.

5. Never forgets our anniversay/ birthday / valentine's day [while I sometimes do !!]

I consider myself really lucky to have him in my life and thank God each day for this "special gift".

Very nice thread....

It really make the relationship rejuvenated.

1) He loves me and my kid very much and would do anything to make us happy.

2) He loves my PILs very much and he loves my parents too very dearly and respects them as he respects my PILs.

3) He is doing a business for that he has to travel all day but he drives my father to wherever he needs to go even in the late hours for his business purposes as my father doesn't know to drive car.

4) My parents depend emotionally on him than on my brother and he does even the smallest things like checking their sugar level at home as both my parents are diabetics.

5) He scolds me if I talk something rude to my Amma.

6) He never say a word harsh against my PILs and his PILs.

7) He remembers even my smallest desires and fulfills them surprisingly. Sometimes I don't even remember when I mentioned those things to him.

It is my opinion that one who truly loves his parents would definitely love his wife and his PILs. Even though there would be any misunderstandings between his parents and wife, it would be his responsibility to maintain a good balance till both the parties become used to the ways and styles of others. That was what my husband did and now I love my PILs very much and respect them with all their negatives and they in turn love me with my negatives...

One more secret is my best friend is my SIL...
