cervical mucus

not sure if I can give you a straight answer...but yes I have had periods when I dint have 'abundunat' or egg white mucous as some ppl described in ttc forums...i followed ad-hoc some of the tips in IL for egg white mucous...like drinking green tea from CD1 to ovulation date...

I have see good results since,,,

if Mucous is not there, you may want to track ovulation thru scans, BBT or OPKs...

yes it is the thick white stretchy, jelly like, transparent/ whitish discharge that usually comes around your ovulation time

It helps sperms to be carried and deposited close to the target:thumbsup
