Hi All: I am from Bangalore and we are planning to buy a plot in cochin. This is becasue we have a plan to move to cochin in future (in 7-10yrs). We missed to buy any land in Bangalore and now it become impossible to buy within city limits. I dont want this to happen for cochin. atleats there we should have a pice of land for us to build our own house whenever we are blessed to have. I have no idea what all the points to be taken in buying land there. Here in Banaglore we will see BDA or BBMP limit...khata, etc. Can anyone list out few points which educates me in buying a land in Cochin.
