Dear Ladies, We were looking to buy a house in chennai for quite some time.A house in plot area of 1200 sq ft sq. We find the budget goes very high in the area we are looking for.So I have an second thought of buying a foreclosure property which we I find is very much less than the market rate and moreover falls into our budget for what a house as we wanted.I also find some agents who help in buying such properties directly from banks either through auction or even before auctions..Need some information regarding this from you ladies & your valuable suggestions.Has anyone come across or have bought such foreclosure or auction properties.what are the steps involved or things to keep in mind in doing so. :thankyou2: Cheers, Ramya
