hi, please try adding extra cumin seeds on each food you eat (chappati, subzi, etc) its really good for breastfeeding. Also eat green leafy veg and keep yourself hydrated (drinks lots of water). Hope it helps.

I went thru the same problem when i had my baby a year ago. according to me the two main mantras for good supply is: 1.be happy keep yourself cheerfull that will have a direct impact on the supply... I have had experience on this.... 2. eat barley porridge... add lot of garlic and if u eat fish eat shark. hope this helps....
Dear Deepplav, the first thing u need to do is stop worring that u cant make more milk,next eat well balanced food,more of feenugrek leaves,Dill leaves,drink more water,milk. u will get more milk for ur girl,u should stop getting stressed.
I also had this problem initially. Then my doctor gave tablet lactare which has to be had after your food. This tablet is free of sideeffects and helped me a lot in increasing milk. But you have to have a lot of green vegetables, ghee and milk when u r lactating
Hai There is one ayurvedic medicine "ksheeravardhini" which works very well.I used it and suggested many frnds who benefitted from it.Try ayurvedic medicines rathere than any english stuff.iam sure it works..eat healthy and take care of ur baby .any doubts pls ask me...
