brand of yeast ?

    hi ladies..

    i wanted to do some baking but the first attempt at 'pita bread' failed as my dough didn't rise..i think i should get another brand of yeast..
    can anyone plz suggest me which brand to go for...??:confused2:

    There are number of brands in the market. I have tried Bakers and Sun Brand dry yeast both are good. Check the manufacturing month before buying that will help.
