Dear all, Could you tell me , which would be best floor to book in 12 floor highrise aparment ? Does the middle one is best ?? How about first floor ? I am thinking first floor will have less sunlight and wind due to high rise. Also Which facing Balcony is better ? West facing balcony towards open space is perefered over East facing balconies ? hello valliami above 3rd floor flat is always good in all ways like natural lighting, good air and also better to take corner houses...so that u will get big balcony for ur main door....u can use that also as varanda..to keep pots..... There is no specific things for balcony in remaining areas like bedroom n utility is always back side kitchen na..so better opt for north or east facing houses..
