Depends on the color, with a permanent color it damages the hair and takes away its natural color so the synthetic color can penetrate.
Not so with semi permanent colors, which are milder and dont cause lasting damage to normal hair.

    Laura Mercier

L'Oréal color care which I get from EU or India. In a fix I use matrix color care

Neutrogena spf 100 or coppertone sport spf 100.
Still looking for a better one for long runs.

So far Chanel but DH got me a Bottega Venetta for Christmas. It's really nice.

None. I always get it done outside. I'd love to try some mentioned here though. Sounds interesting.

Nope. Had colored for a long time before I started greying. Lost count of colors tried by me a friend.

Allergic to many brands. Bobbi Brown and Mac are what I use.

Nordstrom, American eagle and sometimes Loft. All have easy hassle free return policies.

Keep changing the look. Same thing is boring. Do what suits you the best.

    Facials monthly.
Spa/massage - I try to go monthly too.
Mani/pedi - twice a month with GFs. We love experimenting with colors and changing colors. I was told the Nexgen manicures are harmful for nails. Hunting for a natural option.

Wow!!you must be looking super as you seem to take very good care of yourself.

    Also what is EU?
Also, one more thing regarding spf from what I have heard is that not to go too high on the numbers..keep it a minimum to a 30.I maybe wrong but you can check just in case.

I don't know about looking good ma but feels good to have time for myself. I need it!
European Union. Wonder why we don't get those L'Oréal salon brands here. It's available everywhere else. Sometimes I'm thankful for DH's job. When I need things!!!
@Gauri03 once told me about higher spf for my running. I trust her knowledge and judgement in these things. Wonder if I understood wrong.....
