Are these food okay to be eaten in 1st trimester?

    I am curious to know if we can eat the following:
    Soaked almonds
    Dates
    Crab meat
    Black pompfret
    Prawns
    Dried shrimps
    Maggi
    Soya milk

    I am confused and not sure if I can eat or no :(

    Soaked almonds, dates and soy milk is good.
    Maggi depends on the contents in it.
    Other things, depends on the preservatives added and condition of it while consuming.

    At my first trimester i had a great craving for Maggi..I simply cudnt resist eating and had it almost once in a week..I was fine and so was my Baby (DS is almost 8 now)..Please DO NOT over indulge..Once in a while satisfying ur craving is fine

    Regarding soy milk, it should be avoided if you are hypothyroid or allergic to soya..if not u can have it after asking the doctor,
