    Hi all,
    How r u all??? I going to travel back to us next week. After coming here, my leg and hand swollen and my toe ring and bangles don't fit any more. I am worried whether sugar level increased? One more doubt, since I am short, my thigh n calf muscles are grown big and difficult to walk . Also it s very difficult to lift my leg and turn directions in night.i can't walk outside in US till April but I can't walk only in apartment corridor,is it enough. My friends and relative suggest to walk more as it help in normal delivery. What else should I do?

    Hi Deepthi, when is your due date? are you drinking enough water for reducing swelling, before you come here, go for quick blood test for sugar, at least you will have an idea..and good luck, safe journey back home :)

    Hi,
    I am not drinking enough water. As I am roaming out most of the time, I forget to take enough water.i have to do it. Doctor said I have to check my sugar level once I reach US. I got appointment next day I land US.lets see. Howz going for you.

    Hi @deepthivinayak1 hope u r enjoying your vacation. Less water intake is a reason for leg cramps and swelling. Do try to take more water. Have you checked your BP? Last pregnancy I had swelling in my legs and even my face was swollen and I had BP. Just check that also. My routine checkup of this month is done. By God's grace everything is ok.
    Hope all others are also doing well.

    Hi mums, i m back after 1 month. I was really in bad condition, thus was off from all social networking sites. I had bad cold cough( throat, upper respiratory infection, minor chest n lung infection too) fever, antibiotics and then weakness after taking antibiotics and sleepless nights. Really had tough time with all this. I have not gained any weight. Now i m normal and just praying to gain some weight in next 2- 2 1/2 months. I have my scan next week. Hope to see everything fine. I had my GD test few days back and reports are normal, so no food restrictions as of now.

    Hi all,
    I am back to US. I enjoyed my india trip. I suffered only leg cramps and leg swelling while I am there. After long plane travel,my foot swelled a lot. I felt my arm,thigh and calf muscle swelled a lot than before I was in US. I got doctor appointment today. I couldn't wear ring or bangles now. I am worried about this swelling.

    hi girls, i had my growth scan at 30 weeks and everything is normal, all blood reports , Gd, thyroid, bp normal, no any other issues. Only matter is concern is baby weight which is 1.5 kg ( should be little more according to doctor though it is ok) and my weight which has increased only 2.5 kg in 30 weeks. I have increased protein intake. Pls suggest me what else can i do and what to include in diet. I m worried :(. when will you all have your next scan? Before this scan, i had anomaly scan at 20 weeks

    Don't worry. I read even if we don't put more weight baby weight will get increase if we have good nutritional food. I asked my doctor for leg swelling,she suggested to take protein rich food to avoid it. You can also try.food like tofu,cheese,organic milk,lentils,Greek yogurt,chia seed,hemp seed, green leaves,egg.My doctor didnt say anything abt baby weight in my last checkup. Should we ask them? Take nuts,fruits n more veggies per day. I started to take sathu maavu( nutrition powder) daily even I have gained lot of weight. Doctor said I should take 65 gm of protein daily. So taking what I can.
