I started making homemade wines as a hobby a few years ago. I make non-grape wines (in UK called country wines) and have really enjoyed my experiments with this. So far I have made the following wines: rhubarb, apricot, peach, apple, corn, peapod, prune, white currant. I am also interested if anyone is making medicinal wines. I used to drink the rhubarb wine when suffering from tendinits as it is high in malic acid which is therapeutic for tendinits.
