Anybody living in city of Decatur, GA?

Do you know anybody/family with kids living in City of Decatur? I want to know more about the school system there..and also would love to get in touch with some indian families..I will be relocating to Decatur, GA in July 2012. Any help is appreciated.

No luck yet...Regarding city schools at Decatur..looks very impressive, good ratings by great schools.com....they have IB program, appears to be academically oriented..let's see...will let u know more once we actually see it..

hi Shruti,

We were unable to find any apartment in the city of Decatur, as there are mostly colonial kind of homes there. The hunt is still going on..we presently live in Dunwoody...but would like to move to city of Decatur, reason being good k-12 schools, and proximity to Downtown Atlanta. let me know about your progress... BTWwe found our present apartment through PROMOVE..if at all you are interested...They provide u free service.
