Activities for 1st grader

My son is a first grader and goes to activities 3 times in the evening(swim , arts, dance) on weekdays and balavihar . I donot do kumon but have tutor come in as I work my time do not permit to sit with him patiently and explain anything .....

I did a bad thing of being open and discussed all these with neighbors and they seem to be exaggerating it and tells me on discussions "Oh if you do that he would start hating them and why do you need tutor in frst garde .....it's expensive"

They all do kumons but I don't . He loves swimming and would do it if I can take him everyday . and I do not see him stressed out from those classes .....

He has some focussing troubles too and I thought this activities help him ...
