A Powerful meditation.

Try this.Close your eyes ,calm and quieten your mind.Imagine yourself in a MERKABA(a star-like figure).Then imagine energy flowing from your heart center in an upward direction towards the sky.Then visualise it coming back from the sky to your heart again.The flow will go to and fro.Let it flow.Then visualise the heart centre energy again going towards your feet into the earth centre.Then imagine it returning to your heart again.Let the flow go on, to and fro here too.With practice the flow will go on automatically.Now iimagine the MERKABA beginning to rotate at the speed of light with you in it..Mind blowing mediataion .Try it and observe the results.See the speed at which you begin to grow from within.

This visualisation does not belong to any sect.Its an ancient powerful technique we can do ,to ground ourselves in this world and to be inwardly very powerful from within too ,at the same time.
