"THALIPEET" this is a maharashtrian dish. You can say it is a MULTI GRAIN roti type Recipe 1 cup wheat flour 1 cup jowar flour 1 cup nachni/bajra flour 1/2 cup besan flour ginger garlic paste 1 cup chopped onion corriander chopped green chilly/ or red chilly powder for taste salt for taste cumin seeds pinch of turneric powder Mix all the above ingredient and make a dough. Roll into little thick parantha type. You can serve with some pickle CURD or ketchup. It is very very healthy and delicous. P.S. Flour combinations, u can add or reduce as per ur tastes
