1 Trick to cheer up DH?

here is my DH..he love home food...so anything I cook he love that ...he will come to kitichen and see how i m doing ..and I can see nice smile on my dh face.thank god he is so simple ..in that way....gher ka khana for my Punjabi boy

 

If I make up quickly after a fight, that cheers him up. He doesn't like to see my sulking face for a long time.

 

the same thing as hridhaya said..

if i didnt argue with him and be calm during a fight.. he will automatically cool down.. he doesnt like to see my dull face..

After 10 years of our married life,only now I am thinking deep about my hubby's likes and that too for answering your thread.Unknowingly ,I know everything about him and do anything for him but I never did anything to specifically cheer him up.

I am going to try the other tricks too mentioned by our IL friends.

 

Thanks a lot polymorphic for starting such a wonderful thread.... I was like completely smiling when I am gathering things which makes my husband cheerful!!

Just like Kishoremommy, my husband also cheers (with all his 32 teeth) when i prepare him the egg omlette with onions, green chillies, corriander and pepper and while eating he says "you can open a fast food shop and have good sale for egg omlettes!!!!!"

Another thing which makes him cheerful is that when I gently brush his hair with my fingers which puts him to sleep the next moment. and the list goes on.......

 

My DH gets cheered up when I come behind him and give him a goodbye kiss before leaving for office! Both of us end of up running in the morning for office and I have to get ready and prepare our breakfast and lunch so we are always in hurry..but this fact that I still come behind him to see him off with a goodbye kiss makes him smile and it makes my day!

 

i just have to wear a sweet smile whenever he is around and talk to him in a konjifying manner.......my DH is clean bold.......

Its very nice and interesting thread. I like this thread very much and thought a while to answer .
even as silvertulip said even i make a goodbye kiss and hug when we are startng to office.
also if i am always in a smiling face itself it will cheer him up.very ncie therad...

To cheer my DH I need to do diff things based on situation..

1. If he is very upset or angry on me, I should console him and say I shall change and I love him so much.
2. If he is upset on others or any situation, I have to hold his hands and ensure that I am there with him and we can make it..
3. If he is normal, then even a warm smile will make him cheer up!!
