கரிசலாங்கண்ணி:
கரிசாலை எனற பெயர் கொண்ட இது ஒரு தெய்வீக மூலிகை என்று வள்ளல் பெருமான் கூறுகிறார்.ஏனெனில் இதை தினந்தோறும்பயன்டுத்துவதால் பித்தம் மற்றும் கபத்தை வெளியேற்றி உடம்பை நீடிக்க செய்யும். உள்ளொளியை பெருக்கும் வல்லமை பெற்றது.தினந்தோறும் பச்சையாகவோ அல்லது பொடியினை சூடான நீரில் கலந்து அருந்துவது நல்ல பலனை தரும்.
வல்லாரை:
வள்ளலார் கூறிய ஞான மூலிகையில் அடுத்தது வல்லாரை . இதற்கு சரஸ்வதி என்ற பெயரும் உண்டு. இது இரத்தத்தை தூய்மைபடுத்தி அறிவை பெருக்கும் வல்லமை வல்லாரைக்கு உண்டு. இதனை காயவைத்து பொடியாகவோ அல்லது மத்திரையாகவோ செய்து சாப்பிடலாம்.
தூதுவளை :
இது அறிவை பெருக்கி , கவன சக்தியை அதிகரிக்கும் வல்லமை பெற்றது. உடலிலுள்ள அசுத்தங்களை நீக்கி உடலை நெடுநாளைக்கு நீடிக்க செய்யும். மேலும் பல நோய்களை நீக்கும் வல்லமை பெற்றது.

Dear Nila n Indhu,

Well.. These are available in all the natural based medicines shop that we call in tamizh as "Naatu marunthu kadai". Also, i feel some siddha medicine based medical shop also has all these n even some departmental stores have all these. The proportion of the medicine to be taken in n the frequency will be on the pack itself very clearly. These are good. Anyway, always check with the medical expert before starting to take as per ur own health. All the best. Have a nice day.

Nila indu,Umadevi

Moolighaighal are always very very helpful and certain moolighais we have toconsume only when u getspecific problems.Thats why we have moolighai Vaithiyar.Mostly all elders of our previous generation were aware of moolighai vaithiyam.now adays it has lost it practise.no patti has written any book isnot.

So onlyoption for us is u can take them,only for a mandalam---45days.then stop it.

In that way no problem.My MIL used to give those leaves and used to advice to stop after 45 days.

or else ur body will create an immunity to that.

Thooduvalai is very good for cold. If you prepare it like normal keerai poriyal with lots of small oninon, it will bring out all the flum from our body.
