How did you come up with your username?

i own and run simplymalayalee and so have my user id as the same

My name is Asha from chennai. I entered my name in my username while i create to register but it has already exist. so i tried another one ie i shorted my name as Ash even it is not accepted :ideaso atlast i tried Assh then it accepted. this is the story behind my username.:rotfl

 

Well, my name is Samahita which is bit long and tad too difficult to pronounce. So all my friends call me sam or sammy. 723 was my ID in engineering. We used to call it ID last three in BITS Pilani and was a major differentiator among batchmates. There was a complete family chain going on across the yearly batches with the same ID last three. Example, i was from 2000 batch. So the person with 723 as ID from 1999 batch would be my mom/pop, the person from 1998 batch would be my grandmom/grandpop and so on. Similarly, the person from 2001 batch would be my son/daughter and we all remained really close and helped out each other like people in a family do. So I have special attachment to it. That is how I formed my username as sammy723 :cheers

This discussion is very interesting and also a novel idea. Kudos!

As you might have guessed, my name is Krithiga and my hubby's is Krishna. I created my email id as KrithiKrish the moment we got engaged and gave the same as RSVP contact in our wedding invite. We've had praises that our names compliment so well and secretly very happy about it.

Just wanted to retain the same id and it brings me immense joy.

This is indeed a very interesting thread. Well here is the reason of my username.

My friends call me Sam, and since this name was already taken, i decided
to add pal, refering a friend. So it became Sampal.

So here is Sam to be your Pal

 

well.... mine is just the initials of my name after marriage and then my maiden name ;-)
