hi, i've been long fascinated by these kerala mural type of paintings- its normally done with vegetable dyes- but i'd like to clarify, if i can make a similar one on a chart paper using poster colors.

if anyone is aware of this, please do guide me.

Hi sudhak90,
I have also been fascinated by the kerala mural type of paintings,as all the other traditional types.And as far as I know, they can be imitated on chart paper or canvas boards, with poster, acrylic or even oil colors, provided you are able to bring out the exact shades.Happy painting!:thumbsup
