Hello all, Has anyone used Garudavega courier services. I was supposed to receive a package from India which was sent by them through DHL. The DHL website says package has been delivered. But we haven’t received any package yet. Has anyone faced similar issues ? We tried contacting the DHL office guys but they say that package has been delivered whereas we haven’t received any package
Is it possible that package got stolen ? I have received many packages through Garudavega and never had issues so far.
Are you living in an apartment. If so, check with their office. Sometimes, courier service deliver package to the office. Or inquire at the local DHL office.
We went to leasing office and checked even the system . There was no package from DHL at all. Tats why surprised. We visited the DHL office too. They said it was delivered in leasing office. Don’t know whom to believe
I do get DHL packages from Pothys / India, it requires signature. Expensive saree comes through DHL, prompt service by 8am for our area. Could be possibly, stolen / lost package? Was it insured? Ask for a signed copy from DHL and go back to your leasing office, to ask who had signed it?
We are suspecting the same. No it wasn’t insured I think. My parents sent package from India. This was the first time ! We downloaded the copy from their website. And the field was empty. No one was signed. When we asked them they said that since that service was not opted, signature is not required for delivery. We went to leasing office too, they are telling there was no courier from DHL this week.
So far no issues with Garudavega , DHL , FedEx they have a monitoring system. Email / text msg would come before delivery. I think the leasing office didn't receive. DHL won't lie as it's thier business. Many of my friends would ask the parcel to hold on nearest office and take it later. If they aren't home. Visit DHL office again.
First Experience a bitter and better experience, Have you asked who kept the signature? Surely someone has to signature know you may ask the guy who delivered that package. did they ask any ID sometimes Fedex in India asked for the ID no Idea about DHL.
