    Hi Rachita
    Plz don’t worry at all.
Even i used to worry alot about this condition of mine.
But worrying wont lead us anywhere
only our patience persistence and hard work will.
And today i am absolutely fine.

Somethings take time , just like I explained it to pinki.
She’s happy with the improvement she’s showing but still more patience is required.
Ayurvedic remedies give good results only to those who have faith in them.
    Without faith it won’t happen.

Strict adherence to the medicines, proper diet and other advices are also required.
And then gradually see your life change for the better, nope for the best.
Talking about the cost i don’t know about pinki’s but mine was 18 thousand monthly.
At first I thought it was a bit overpriced but still went ahead for a month and then I realised that this kind of specialised medicine formulations, regular consultations, and the dietary and lifestyle advices, and above all the results i was getting were worth the amount i was spending.
    So thats my view ,
If you start then consider only on monthly basis, that way you can evaluate yourself before you proceed to the next month.
    All the very best

Reaching the clinic is also not a big issue at all.
It’s in the capital city well connected by rail by air,
follow ups on phone are still ok but personally I feel that there should be at least one visit before you start.
I also did the same, started with a meeting and then all the follow ups were done on phone.

    Hi there Rachita
My condition is absolutely ok, my menses appear regularly now
Cycle length varies between 26-32 days
There is negligible pain and no pre menstrual problems.
I am going to plan my family soon, but currently I am over occupied by work.
I used to visit them every month so there was no need of any bank transfer.
You can also personally visit them once if possible and if it’s not possible then try to convince them for some part payment , you can deposit the remaining amount later.
Even I used to do it sometimes when I was short of some money,
He’s really helpful , you can try this.
    I hope this helps,
    B by for now

Relax dear mine were too in that form.
They are completely safe , herbal
You can open them up and eat it like a churan ( powder) if you feel like
But that gets a bit messy
So choose your way of consuming it as per your comfort .
    Bless you

    Good going pinki
    keep moving that way.
Slowly and steadily everything will be ok.

Just like in a normal girl after menarche, it takes a couple of months for the periods to attain normalcy , by the natural means.
Similar to that this Ayurvedic treatment may take time but the results will worth waiting.

As the ovaries improve in size and function, they will also help the body by producing all hormones naturally. So wait for the ovaries to attain optimum health

Once they do that, then further growth or
Regular menstruation will be comparatively easy.
    All the very best
God bless you and your efforts.

    Hello Parminderk76,
I've also been diagnosed of hypoplastic uterus and I've never menstruated so I was glad when I saw your messages earlier and called suntex clinic and sent all my hospital files to them and to my disappointment, they said they can't successfully my case because of its chronic nature and that they would however reconsider my case later on.Please what should I do because they were my only hope, can I have dr uppal's contact? Thank you

    Thank you Parminder for replying
I thought that you won’t be able to reply because there are many other imp things in life.
But still you replied, a heart felt thanks to you for the same.

I agree with you on the fact that ovaries, and ovarian health is of prime significance.

My diet and lifestyle ,and mental setup must also assist my medications in building up healthy ovaries.

Sincethey are getting better, almost double in size now, so i think I should continue more or less the same food, diet , sleep pattern.

What’s the point in disturbing something , which is already doing good.

    What do you say,???
