Back on topic: Thanks for the buttermilk recipes @GeetaKashyap. We'll try them all this summer. I'm surprised to see no mention of a Holi lassi yet. Not that I would drink it, of course. Me good girl aahe. One more: Piyush. It's a blend of shrikhand, buttermilk, sugar, cardamom, nutmeg, pistachio and saffron. The story goes that piyush was originally created to use up the last bit of shrikhand. They would wash out the shrikhand container with water and drink it.
Hi Amica saw today too I dint find the raw variety . It was almost riped . Hence bought frozen raw mangoes .
