Hi Ankita, Are you taking anything for your joint pains? I too have been struggling with my weight, esp post children. Plus my problem is that I love food so much, I find it hard to stop eating. So instead I have started doing portion control. I still eat what I want but only in small portions and that has helped me a tremendous amount. The other I started doing was walking a lot but this is hard to me to maintain because of children. I am often too tired in the evenings to walk and I don't get time during the day.
