Weight Loss Diet

    Many people like sweets for they are afraid of the suger n ghee which make them fat.

    Do't worry. I bought u a sweet which never make u fat. Becoz. No ghee n no sugar
    We prepare it with jaggery. Tagt to in just 10min.

    Wow so super na


    Sujji laddu

    Sujji 1 cup ( upma rava)
    Jaggery --1/2 r 3/4 cup as per u'r sweet taste
    Milk to make balls( boiled n cooled)
    Ellachi powder is u'r wish

    Thats allll u need it. Common let's see the procedure. Which is easy n simple.

    Step 1--- take one cup sujju and roast till u get a nice aroma in low flame.
    Step 2--- add roasted upma rava in mixer n grind it n add crushed jaggery n again bring it.
    Step 3--- take it n to a bowl n make balls. ( milk little by little. Add if u only need it).

    U'r sweet laddoos are done. All the best.

    But do't over eat it. Not more than 5ladoos small a day.



    U can also prepare payasam which also contain less fat.

    Cabbage n carrot curry

    Cabbage n carrot are important for weight loss


    Try this recipe instes of carrot juice r raw carrot cabbage. U may be bored.


    Cabbage n carrot curry

    Cabbage 1/2 cup( finely. Chopped)
    Carrot 1/2 cup ( finely grated)
    Salt as per taste
    Chilli powder- 2 spoons
    Tomato- 1
    Curry leaves
    Coriender
    Cumin seads
    Mustered seeds
    1 spoon oil


    Method
    Step one-- add oil after pooping it . add muster seeds, cumin Seeds.

    Step2--- add cabbage , carrot salt, curry leaves, turmaric n close the lid. Now pour water on the lid. 'Curry should Cook in that steam.

    Step3--- now after it is 3/4 cooked add chilli powder , coriender, coriender leaf's.


    Step4-- now cook for 10min

    Step 5-- serve hot


    It is tasty with chapathi. Perfect curry with chapathi. Who are willing to loose weight

    Dont avoid meals. Have breakfast within 1 hour of waking up. And always have meals on time. And dinner should be done 3 hours before bedtime. It is important to eat, but eating food that are high in nutrition and low calories can help you reduce weight effectively. You can find some nutritious but very low calories food with each and every details here

    No side effects. My it's a kanjii
    Type. I lost few KGS also. This drink will 4educe water quanty n belly from our body

    You have to eat in very small quantities whenever you eat because weight-loss is all about calories in and calories out. Clean diet contains less calories than our regular Indian diet. Our Indian food is rich in carbs and fats due to roti and oil used to make dishes. It makes the food less in quantity with more calories. If you are a type of person who can endure hunger pangs then you can eat your regular Indian food but in very small quantity whenever you eat or you can switch to clean diet (oats, brown bread, etc.)if you can't control those hunger pangs. And our Indian diet is not a balanced diet unless you are a non vegetarian because it lack in protein for vegetarians. My suggestion is to go for a clean and balanced diet which has appropriate amount of carbs, proteins and fats.
