Very Very useful thread.. pls tell me, is ther any home remedy for LOW BP AND PEPTIC ULCER..

For,peptic ulcer,Manathakkaali keerai is the best.Wash a handful of raw manathakkaali leaves.Chew it well.It will taste like tulasi leaves.The leaf juice should soothe the whole food tract and in turn the stomach.It is very effective only if you do this before eating your meal .After chewing,wait for 15 minutes and then have food.

You can do it thrice a day.Sunda vathal podi also cures stomach ulcers.Anxiety,fear and stress cause peptic ulcer.Avoid coffee,tea,spicy ,oily food.This helped me when I suffered from peptic ulcer.

 

For low BP,oil pulling helps.Hope you know what oil pulling is.
